1. Definitions

• Client refers to the person or entity requesting the services of Diamond London Locksmith.
• Services refer to any locksmith services provided by the Company, including emergency lockout assistance, lock repairs, installations, key cutting, and security consultations.

2. Services

2.1 Service Availability
The Company provides locksmith services as detailed on our website and promotional materials. Availability of services may vary depending on location and time.

2.2 Service Fees
Service fees are provided upon request and must be agreed upon before the commencement of any work. Additional charges may apply for emergency services or work performed outside of normal business hours.

2.3 Estimates
Any estimates provided by the Company are subject to change based on the actual requirements and conditions encountered at the job site. The Client will be informed of any changes before additional charges are incurred.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

3.1 Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. The Company will endeavour to arrive at the scheduled time but is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information
The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the nature of the service required. The Company is not liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

4.2 Access to Property
The Client must ensure that the Company’s technicians have adequate access to the property where services are to be performed. If access is not provided, the Company reserves the right to charge for any time lost.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 Workmanship Warranty
The Company warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of service. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

5.2 Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of keys, or security breaches.

5.3 Insurance
The Company carries adequate insurance to cover liability claims. However, the Client is responsible for ensuring their own insurance coverage is adequate for their needs.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company accepts payment by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

6.2 Late Payments
Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% per month. The Company reserves the right to withhold further services until all outstanding payments are settled.

7. Privacy Policy

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
